From that list, it looks like he's not coming to Perth. Adelaide is the closest but it's still thousands of kilometres away.
Perth is often called the most isolated city in the world and we're neglected by many performers. The venues are either footy or cricket ovals (poor acoustics) or concert halls (too small a capacity).
Oh well...I'll check out the CD instead. Kyle has sent me some of Ryan Adams previous output and I quite liked it.
