Gene, how ready to you think the VA is to receive/care for the 27,000 (and counting) wounded Iraq
War vets? Many of them are severe head traumas and are going to need life-long, perhaps round the
clock, care?
How about mental health problems and PTSD and all their potential manifestations: alcoholism,
drug
abuse, domestic violence, homelessness, anxiety, rage etc;
Not to mention the unforseeable 'agent orange' type problems...
Just curious.
