This is still a young war. Just a toddler really. The admission is finally being made that the "Elite" Republican Guard was not really so elite. I've got to say that I turned on CNN this morning to be greeted by a black screen with "Live From Baghdad" in the corner. I started laughing my ass off because it was such a Pythonesque moment. What a bunch of assholes they are over there at CNN.
"As you can see by our video, the power has been knocked out in Baghdad."- CNN Imbecile reporting
I think Mose Allison best described CNN reporters when he wrote "Your mind is on vacation but your mouth is working overtime." Although it was not them he had in mind at the time. As far as manufacturing a little consent goes...didn't that bastion of brilliant political thought Bill O'Reilly just say we should be Fed Exing the WOMD over there right now to plant in the event that we don't find any? War sure does make people say and do some stupid things don't it? I think they are mailing out the fresh new copies of "The Protocols Of The Wise Men Of Iraq" any day now.
