Well, you had me at the beginning there, and I am sorry to hear about your medical condition, but then you go lapsing back into trickle-down economics and the disastrous theories of Milton Friedman and I am forced to shake my head yet again at your indefatigable, perfectly calibrated, lockstep wrongness. On a map that would have to be plotted with platitude and wrongitude.
