Owen is very funny in all the Wes Anderson films. I'll admit I have not really seen him in anything outside of those but the guys from Steely Dan were pretty hard on him a little while back so we could always put them on a guilt trip about it. He seems to do a great job playing these sort of wounded and confused characters that make you laugh...maybe he does it well because it's sort of close to who he is. It always seems even sadder to me when these guys that spend their lives making other people laugh try to off themselves...there's a pretty long list of them.
