I was just stirring, Messy! I know "you people" are not like that - I just found it bizarre. Mick's always having a go at us Aussies, so I thought I'd give someone else a razz... 

I was just stirring too, Kathryn.  I know you know "us people" are not like that.  It's all good...and the rest of the world get's to yuk it up a bit while us yanks get to eat a little crow for something we're not really sure we did, how we did, why we did, or when the fark we did it...if it was actually us and not some shadow dogs who punkd us good...sumwhere between the last generation and this one ~~ such a wily bunch o bugggers. 

But I’ve been aiming at funny since day one and, apparently, still failing miserably at it.  Even while reading Ed’s posts with the intention of learning a better delivery, still no dice.  Oh well, no point in giving up now.
