It is indeed Billy Ray Achy Breaky Cyrus. I don't mind him so much, and the show is fairly innocuous as kids shows go. Always a moral, kids sticking together and doing the right thing, etc.My 10 year old son and 14 year old daughter are both addicted to it. Hannah/Miley did a concert here a couple of weeks ago and tickets were being scalped for close to 4 figures....Needless to say, my kids sat home and watched the reruns.
