"from the Word of God PK."
BS. You pick and choose the pieces of scripture that suit your argument. God doesn't talk to you, doesn't talk through you, and doesn't talk to or through anyone you know, read, or listen to. "God's Word" is one of the most convoluted, contradictory, misinterpreted set of documents that has ever existed on the face of this planet and you appear to claim to understand it, so I call BS."Why is your belief system so threatened by a belief system you view(so it seems) as fiction?"My belief system isn't threatened a bit. I know why I believe what I believe, and it is based 100% on science. I am also not stupid enough to think that science already knows everything there is to know. It is constantly changing, learning, and revising, and in many cases contradicting what we thought we already knew. Basically what I am saying GM is that you are full of horseshit. You never answer direct questions (i.e. my question about ice cores and Creationism), your use of scripture is contradictory and your faith in fringe "journalism" leads me to think you're a very confused nutjob. Just my opinion, I could be wrong, but you've given me no reason to believe that you're a truly earnest Christian who wants to follow the teachings of Christ. I think you're looking for something that conforms to your already very cynical world view and you've settled on Christianity.
