I am the prototypical Fleetwood Mac fan. I am a Lindsey Buckingham acolyte as Peter T. knows. I hated Stevie Nicks solo career. Their reunion for "The Dance" renewed my confidence in Ms. Nicks but it seems she needs Lindsey around to bring out the best in her writing, and singing.

This time round The Mac are a quartet. I've had a copy of "Say You Will" several weeks. It is 28 songs that are in no way formulatic. With Christine McVie's decsion to retire. The remaining members have had to rethink harmonies, keyboard and piano treatments.

Most of the the songs are tracks that Buckingham had been working on at his home studio, and lyrics that Nicks would sing over the phone or mail to him.

This album is great for yet ANOTHER era of Fleetwood Mac. As they get ready to tour I hope they perform as many of they new songs as they can.Like Springsteen has proven, the fans will come out for NEW music not just "Rhiannon, and Go YourOwn Way"
