Read between the lines, folks. David knows Bill Bottrell. Shelby Lynne worked with Bill Bottrell . . . once. Bill Bottrell is no longer married. His ex-wife is now Shelby Lynne's manager. Some might say "manager."

And there's probably more.

Not to mention that given the familial probabilities of alcoholism and her family history, she might the one person in the music business who really, really, really ought to consider going teetotal.

Gotta admit, though, she can really sing.
