Me and 2 other guys did the original site over Christmas for about $40 an hour American. Except our go between I'll call him Keith  gaged our work at like 50 hours but he kept adding I swear only 1 more feature. I bailed at 100 hours knowing it was an endless pit of changes. Mind you the guy contracting us was not Shangby but an intermediary that was charging us out at 100+ an hour plus his time (real time) to manage at like $120 an hour, conning the other 2 that if we did a great job we would get further work.
Guess where he went to do phase II of the site? Give up?  Russia where they will code for like $2 an hour (or something outrageously low). The guy that did the video feed stuff did not have it even close when we released and he was #2 guy in the company. That was last Christmas and I vowed not to take contracts over the holidays anymore and no more business from Keith.
