He already told his people he is ahead mathematically, and he is. Next up is Wyoming...that is likely to go Hillary. Mississippi will undoubtedly be Obama. Pencil Vain Ya....anybody's guess. No clear winner; whoever "claims" it, will win by a half a whisker.
My take on Penn is that it is a truly weird state. Pittsburgh and Philadelphia are like night and day to each other, and in between are lots of farmers, coal miners, hillbillies, people with long beards and dark suits who drive horse and buggies, devil worshippers....you name it.
