It's sort of like looking into Brad's brain...polluted, congested, and full of nonsense but very often there is a point and not just the one on top of his head. In fact I think Brad's haircuts are generally designed to improve reception. When his barber does a lousy job, Brad has to go to the tin foil or his wide array of silly hats.
