Public funding of the arts is certainly debatable 12. Time will tell but I don't think history will view that period as The Supreme Court's finest hour. Of course, it depends on the historian. So what is the point of this little exercise? This person obviously does not even know the difference between fascism and socialism. Knows little or nothing of history, and is willing to ignore facts wholesale to advance his agenda.
