…sitting here tying a good slippery knot in some arbitrary metaphorical noose after another week of reading about 21st Century Earth reality; ….yard work and Guinness and clearing-out a nice little arcing swath of woodland bramble to expand walking space by the firepit and some of our favorite trees; …now watching this weeks episode of Real Time for like the 3rd time, & I can barely believe we’ve survived this last 8 years ~~ what a POS lot we’ve been fed…
But…at least we have (at least I have) twisted humor and the diminishing remains of humanity in all it’s flaws and hilarity. We have gentle, learned but not big headed about it, wacky, loony, spontaneous for a well-to-do guy, softy comics like Garry Shandling (what a guy) …to keep us from the wallowing gallows pull of mournful bitter awareness that so wrong a sort has us, the people, under control and is not giving an inch of credence to meaningful common logic anytime soon….
