I don't understand the concern either. So what if they ask for a DNA sample and they bank it? Personally, I have no intention of doing anything illegal anytime soon, therefore, it wouldn't be used to convict me of anything. And if it is banked and it is used to convict people who've done something illegal then I'm all for it.
