Tell me, how does violating what were supposed to be all of our INALIENABLE fourth amendment rights AGAINST unreasonable search and seizure --- how does that make you or me or anyone else SAFE?

America is supposed to be the land of INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. However, this new policy is GUILTY UNTIL IF AND WHEN INNOCENCE CAN BE PROVEN. (And they don't even have to let you have a lawyer, either)

That is NOT the way it is supposed to be --- however, as things currently stand --- the CONSTITUTION is NULL AND VOID.

Also --- under different sections of the USA PATRIOT ACT and PATRIOT ACT II, any of us can be jailed indefinitely, and they do not even have to give us our one phone call. It is against the law for anyone to report where we are, and any of us can be jailed for life and even be executed, all without anyone telling us what the alleged crime is we have broken.

Private military tribunals and secret executions --- have you even read these laws, to see what new rules you have to live under?
