Basically it rolls like this. Its pretty simple. If a democratic president is in power other countries will not take us seriously. Carter pussy footed around with the Iran situation. Iran knew a Republican administration was coming that would not put up with the bullshit...end of story. If Reagan had been in from the onset of that situation Nightline would have been a 5 day affair not Day XX whatever it was. Hell we started a TV news program because we had an inept president
