Couldn't agree more, Peter. Carter was/is a great man. Calling him a "putz" is disrespectful at the minimum, and blindly ignorant. He inherited the country at a poor economic time for the nation; he was easily one of the, if not THE most humanitarian President this country has ever seen. The term, "putz" on the other hand, may be entirely appropriate for someone else I have in mind, but I wouldn't say it..simply because it's disrespectful, no matter what.
