The GWB crew definately had a hand, but I've long said here that I trust no politician and I'm tired of paying for any of them. Yours or mine. That includes either of the upcoming crew. And I'm almost ready to join the crew that does nothing and just collects money from (and rails against) those that do.

We'll see how long that gravy train lasts though. I won't be the last one off..and I'll vote in that direction as long as it works and nobody notices that I'm just a wart on society as everybody else has already seemed to figure out is working for them at the moment.

Your response didn't in any way answer the wrong that congress did with their self directed vacation (or raises) though. I mean considering our gargantuan world debt and all. It's way past time to act.

But I guess people that don't understand the nature of debt (and are already personally up to their eyeballs in debt already) and still actually getting fake fiat back from the government (that I put in) to pump back into the economy to buy a new flat screen TV don't really wonder about that seriously flawed plan.

Seriously we can't print our way out of this mess. Do you remember the Weimar Republic? Our politicians on both sides don't. we will re-visit that if we don't change our habits now. I did long ago.

And that's what worries me.

Obama's so called "change" is what I called rhetoric that you responded to. And that's all it is and all it ever will be. Not that McCain's is any different. I need real change and neither party is gonna pony up this time around. Just like always.
