Drank three beers with the loveliest woman I know carnally.

Then turned the tube back on ONLY to watch Jon Stewart.   

& so glad we did.  I can smile again.  I’m not nauseous but

instead abstracted by the absurdity of it all.  It’s temporary,

yes, but she and I can sleep better tonight … and that’s a plus.

(Sure he’s reading & expressing the work of excellent writers,

but) Jon Stewart is a living, breathing, mitzvah.  Thanx Jon.
