As for this election cycle - I'll be happy when it's settled, the excitement around it is scary, feels a little unstable, you know? I lived in Philly for a while, and saw some Real American Ugliness™ surrounding Obama's nomination. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but I see him as the lesser of two evils. I believe in the "America Will Get The President It Deserves" model..

I'm not sure where all of the anxiety is coming from for the Dem types. This is not a particularly close race...
