Go to page 116 of this document (which just happens to be the FBI report on Watergate) and read the paragraph on Donald Segretti. Pay particular attention to the bottom of the paragraph where they outline what Segretti's job was.

Now, guess who worked for Segretti during this period of time...that's right, Karl Rove! Wow, what a strange thing to discover. Has Karl ever stopped performing that task laid out for him by Segretti in 1971? I'd say he has not. Amazing how split the Democrats were this year too, wasn't it? Putting Palin on the ticket is one giant rat fuck, there is no question of this. She is there to drive Democrats mad, make them say wild things, and split this nation into a "Christian values voters" vs "liberals" war and it boggles my mind everybody does not see it. Karl Rove must laugh his ass off everyday because the Democrats jump through hoops for the guy and he probably places bets with his buddies that not only could he get Dubya elected but he can get a total nitwit like Palin elected too.
As one final Segretti-Rove note during the 2000 campaign Segretti worked for McCain and the rumor is the "black love child" rat fuck Rove pulled on McCain was a tip of the hat to his old mentor Segretti. Sort of letting him know the student is now the master kind of thing...no hard feelings or anything, Don, just a little fun!
