100 million Americans participate in 401-Ks or IRAs. To many of them, the shock felt on Wall Street will not fully hit home until those quarterly statements arrive in the mail, in mid-to-late October, just before election day. Might a few, or more than a few votes change once the losses are digested? Just a thought.Peter T.
