Heh. I just happen to have a pasta sauce recipe . . . but of course it's a lot like the salsa recipe I layed out for you recently. A labor of love, reserved for only those days when I really want to be cooking for a long time. I'll see if I can dig that one up!re: Barilla, I do like the pasta--and my family seems to notice when I use something other, so yeah, I suppose it is good in that respect.Secretly though, what I like about Barilla is that when the price is really low, I can stock up on it, and those little boxes fit ever-so-perfectly into the pasta slot in my pantry . . . unlike unwieldy bags and the irregular box sizes used by many other brands.So yeah, it's the packaging, size matters, etc. Go figure.:)
