Now that's both an exaggeration and "vicious." But I'm in general agreement with you in that she hasn't impressed at all. Pat makes a good point, though. The more she is attacked, especially if attacked in the way you did, Ed (as opposed to straight policy discussions), the more popular she will become. Do not underestimate the chip on the shoulder of Americans from smaller communities. They've felt that their views are belittled and marginalized for quite some time. That doesn't make them right, but they are ignored at your own peril.
