If the CEO of GM wants to fly his company leer to DC to plead for billions in bailout, then fine, that’s his lot, his birthright being fulfilled. Okay. There is no argument left in me, I just want our measly meaningful little life back; my healthy wife & sons and new days to discover on the outside of this hospital. Every harsh & ironic word regarding greed and the powers that be that I’ve infused this forum with has been the drivel of a confused man, the music of a drifter with a base camp. No more. It was a mistake. I retract all but the love songs and hopeful poetry, the rest goes in the heap to be burned as fuel to heat the homes of the needy … so that they may quit bothering big brother for help. I am like a dog in a pack and my only desire is to pull the sled. Like young White Fang traversed the desperate cold winter riverside in pursuit of the masters he’d denied ~ their heavy handed punishments, their tossed pittances of meat, I am acceptance.
