I'm always a little wary of these studies with statistical associations and what do they mean, anyways?  Coffee has always been a strange item in the medical/health realm.  As soon as one study says something good about it, within a month or so, another study finds a negative association.  When I was in med school (last CENTURY), it was rumored to be associated with an increase in pancreatic cancer.  Then, studies said no, it wasn't.  Then it was bad for the heart, then, no if anything it didn't harm the heart.  Etc..etc..

So, drink up!  I've been partial to latin style espresso these days, Bustelo or Pilon.  The Bustelo has more "bite", the Pilon I find more mellow.  Either will do though...

Now Andrea, I think I have you to thank for getting me hooked on the fine taste of Cubano style coffee.  Can't get that around here at all, and I've tried all the recipes..it still doesn't taste like Miami!  Yum!
