I know this may only interest a few of you. As you know from my previous postings, Gordon Lightfoot is one of my favorite singers and songwriters, and an essential part of my soul. A good friend in Toronto has just informed me that today Gordon was admitted to McMaster University Medical Centre in Hamilton, Ontario (actually airlifted from another location where he was on tour). The nature of his illness is not disclosed, but he is listed in critical condition. Family is by his side. My thoughts and prayers are with him.
