both say VERY WELL what has been said in a half-a-million ways, but not near enough.

on the contrary, this is maybe the first time I didn't get at least slightly irritated by your post. you're right on here, the bean-counter be damned. and that in itself gives me pause, like a shift in the poles or something ~~ no doubt I'm overreacting. BUT it also is a breath of fresh air. A potential saving grace if implemented. BUT undoubtedly NOT slated any time soon.

anyway...thanks for the previous two posts. (sorry for this post, but I felt like commenting) I felt kinda sunny for the first time today...just knowing these notions are out and about
