A Spanish court has begun a case against Alberto Gonzales, John Yoo and some others for enabling torture at Guantanamo. The same judge who took action against Pinochet is involved:http://www.nytimes.com/2009/03/29/world/europe/29spain.html?hpIt's a long way yet to actual prosecution, let alone conviction, for these guys but at least something is happening. No doubt none of these people will be doing any foreign travel for a while.Maybe, just maybe, someday we'll get to see how these torture enablers look in orange.
