No, definitely not the salaried Doctors or their truly-human Nurses & their assistants, not the housekeepers nor the food service, not the specialty technicians who lab the tests, not the social workers nor financial advisors, not the janitors & maintenance personnel, not the patient advocates, good samaritans, art wranglers, security, cashiers and greeters and valets, no, BUT surely those way up in the penthouse suite and the insurance companies they are in bed with would best serve the community-whole by being drawn and quartered in towns squares across this weary nation of overwrought people being hampered with the whims and machinations of a very few fuckers, fuckers, fuckers, yes fuckers, fuckin’ fuckers!

The FACT that health coverage in this country has gone so awry should [alone] be enough to bring about a new renaissance of benevolent, logical, considerate, world-wearied real oversight.
