I couldn't agree more - we read "The Scarlet Letter", "Animal Farm", "Lord of the flies", "The Plague", Shakespeare and the poetry of e.e.cummings. My English Literature teacher was openly gay and found sexual innuendo in absolutely everything we read - I just didn't get it! I would much rather read for pleasure. The other songs on the list (since you liked the rest of them) are "Took the children away" (Archie Roach), "Ride the lightning" (Metallica), "Fight the power" (Public Enemy) and "Levi Stubbs' tears" (Billy Bragg).
