well they still do on the old and the new severn bridges. It's £5.40...a throw...not cheap by any means to get into Wales. Free to get out though. I've walked across it sometimes. I take Fiachra half way out and let him shout his lungs out. There's a picture of Bob Dylan at the old severn crossing...iconic or what bear?
