I think you have to take the whole family's health into account at once. I'm thinking that if one among you has a weakened immune system, then it becomes doubly important that the persons coming into the house not be bringing in the H1N1, so I'd opt for vaccination.
Everyone being healthy and strong as horses, I'd say do without the vaccine & let the bodies war it out with the virus as nature allows.
But I'm hardly a physician . . .
Herring405PS: If you didn't catch it before--my entire family had the swine flu. It was a couple of weeks of hell, followed by a week or so of heck, only recently, thankfully, exiting the premises.
