When my daughter came home from Iraq this summer..she keep asking me if (Zephyer)her dog would remember her and I keep telling her he would..when she left him was about 8 months old..she was gone 15 months..she came to the door ,and at first he barked at her( he barks at everything) then it took about a min to register but when he did ..I never seen him so happy!! he would not leave her side..even slept with her..she said when she woke up in the middle of the nite..he always would be about 3 inches away staring in her face..it was funny and heart warming....dogs are a great gift to us!
