From what I understand, he was told to keep speeches in line so all of them could get in. On top of that, pious Lieberman obviously was using what ever 'stature' he could to keep going (isn't it so funny that the one man who constantly sells himself as one who stays with the rules and as a goody two shoes is the one wanting to go beyond the rules?). Not only that, now they are coming up with stories in the past of where McCain did the same exact thing Franken did.These fuckers have ginned the system, keep ginning it and we are all doomed.
