Franken was just serving notice on Lieberman that his days of being due deference and consideration and compromise are over. Lieberman broke the deal he had with the Senate rank-and-file democrats: they'd let him keep his status and go along with certain of his petulant demands while he'd support their cause when crunch time came.Only he decided not to play ball. Now he gets to learn what it means to abandon your support group. You take your clothes off, you get cold.
