C'mon Pat - you're trying to use the "if we can't find it, it must be there" argument with this. The man who was sent by the VP's office to Niger to look into this story came back with the facts that the Iraq-Niger connection didn't exist. So, unless Dick and Bush don't actually talk to each other about important things like say...going to war...then of course he knew before he lied about it. He twisted the story. He manipulated the facts.
Maybe but I'm waiting for the tainted dress :)
