Never tried Stubbs, but is it the same place that sells it's BBQ sauce in the grocery stores (I think nationwide)?
In Houston, I loved Luther's (a chain, but excellent sliced beef), and Goode Co.
But as much as I love Texas BBQ, the best I ever had was in Kansas City, MO...hands down. Sauce makes you literally lick the plate clean. Mmmmmm.....
