Yeah, it's not an instrumental. The guy that made the video chopped up the song and removed the vocals. I think the version he used is the one off of "The Smoker You Drink, The Player You Get" as that is the album cover he is playing around with in the video. There is no instrumental version of Rocky Mountain Way as far as I know.
