Place each one over a leak, butt first. Then when they bloat up to the surface, having had a robot insert a plug into each, and they look like a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade float, truck them to Wyoming and attach them face-down to the mountainside that looks down on Dick Cheney's ranch.
It will be interesting to read about what happens next when following the constriction of the areas around the plugs brought on by a cold Wyoming winter's night, they begin to pop out windows of the Cheney household below.
