I don't know, while it is sort of odd when these old groups get back together with a new singer and sometimes an all new band except for one or two of the originals I guess it makes more sense to call it "The Who" or "The Doors" or in this case "The Faces" than to say they are just a tribute band. I found it odd when "The Doors" toured again long after Jim Morrison had passed and it seemed kind of...well, nuts to call the band "The Doors" without Mr. Morrison involved. I've never really been big on Little Feat without Lowell George.

I guess though if they can play the songs and the songs are great songs then what the heck. I've heard Hucknall do "Stay with Me" and he does a pretty fine Rod Stewart and if you have a listen he does alright as Ronnie Lane too:

Mick's a bit smoother and I liked the rough around the edges (the whole key to the Faces) voice of Ronnie Lane more on this but obviously Hucknall can do this.
