Weathermen go to school and then get paid to try and predict which way the wind is going to blow and how hard and what it's contents will be. This seems something like being a sportscaster who predicts the final score of a game before it's played. Sorta makes me miss Jimmy the Greek.

I don't think the surplus Clintonius says he fostered had as much to do with his or his predecessor's policies, regardless of how it's spun. IMHO it seems to a certain extent it was happenstance fostered by not-so random investment by those who have money to lose looking to make more money, even though we live in a random, unorchestrated world. Both parties leaned on the Fed and their chairman, $span.

In closing I'd like to share something I saw on a bumper sticker (where I glean so much of my knowledge)-

Vote Democrat - You Don't Have to Work. Vote Republican - You Don't Have to Think.
