Hi. My name`s messybear b. This pipe looks like i would enjoy using it as a personal pipe for ceremony/prayer &/or relaxation. One i might decorate myself or just maintain as you, the artist, crafted it. What matters most whole to me is the earnest time you spent working the pipestone and stem. ..Not so much the [traditional] lengths & feathered décor (or regalia) of a proper Lakota `personal pipe`. Would be more fitting t’ my eye, & i will likely keep it in a roadskin or stomach tobacco pouch, if it were not much more than 9”.

*For sake of my own edification, Eddo, will you please explain why you characterize this Lakota pipe as a gift offering or give-away pipe? And why, if applicable, this would not be a suitable [appropriate] pipe for personal/prayer use?
