I'm not sure I agree. I spend several weekends throughout the Summer
volunteering at music festivals just around Northern California. Volunteering
keeps the cost down considerably and I'm always discovering new bands,
musicians, singers I dig. Just got back from Strawberry music festival near
Yosemite. A short list of some of the groups I dug:Del Castillo
Po' Girl
JT and the Clouds
Rita Hoskins
Ryan Bingham and the Dead Horses
Martin Sexton
Carolyn Wonderlandand some old stalwarts:Arlo Guthrie
Keb Mogreat four days of live music, camping, swimming, biking and drinking good beer
(American IPA)
