I agree on Struck By Lightning, Kyle! That CD showcases GP's coming to terms with fatherhood. Not an
easy transition from his angry young man phase.
Fans of GP, would probably also embrace Garland Jeffreys. Garland's first album in almost a
decade
will soon be released.
The word "classic" gets bandied about all too often, but in this case, Garland's brilliant 70s
portrait of
New York City fits the bill:
