NetFlix: You're credit card is expiring.

I looked for new ones. Not finding them, I called customer service to learn they had been sent to our old address. She said she'd call them 'lost' and issue new ones.

Still not here, I asked wife, day before yesterday, had she called customer service to see where our new cards were.

She giggled and said she had, but when asked our new address she had said 813 instead of 816. Customer service advised her it didn't match with what she had. Wife checked items of mail and corrected herself, It's 816 not 813.

This morning I told wife of yesterday's conversation following the wedding.

Three, she said. Wahttya mean 3. We've been married 53 years not 56. We moved into together 55 years ago, always making me feel not quite as embarrassed as I am.

I searched for something noble such as a sympathetic error to make my wife feel better about her 3-6 mistake.
