Looking further into this it seems that Dr. Saga, the guy who wrote the book that Dylan may have borrowed from, is happy about the whole thing. It appears the book is now shooting up the Amazon.com sales chart and it's all a positive thing for Dr. Saga. He wants nothing to due with taking ol' Bob to court, amazing and truly a breath of fresh air in today's litigious society. With Dylan borrowing about 12 lines at most and the result being that Dr. Saga sells a lot of books, it's sort of an everybody wins. Oh, and this Dr. Saga didn't really even know who Bob Dylan was and they are both 62. Interesting.
