I know this is a sideline on the thread, but I love coffee and I roast my own almost exclusively and because of that some of my friends find new and unique things for me to try. One friend recently gave me some Turkish coffee (Fazil Bey'in Turk Kahvesi) from Istanbul. The problem is that I have no idea how to prepare it (it smells good though). Any tips?
